We were exploring possible future round investment with them in the last 3 years. Seemed good, but after many conversations they stopped and within 8 weeks had announced investment in a competitor. We believe they used our team for market research/audit check on this competitor, used to verify TAM, market, potential growth rates etc - everything we shared due to the investment being discussed. We were upset to say the least.

They have strong connections, but completely lack strategic vision. Their portfolio is underperforming across the board.
